anniversary wishes

the facebook group paperhoarders is keeping me creative with the challenges. i made this card for an anniversary challenge. I used stampin up stamps on this, along with some border punches..i do love me some border punches.

Get well soon & a sale

first off let me start by saying Lindsay's stamp stuff is having a 40% off sale today , go get some goodies! ok for this get well card I used a digi stamp from Lindsay's fancy flower set. I colored it with a prisma marker then spritzed it with shimmer mist, I hope you can tell how beautifully shimmery it is IRL. I then added a dimentional to the center to make it pop. hahaha evidently I faux stitch the same way I actually stitch..crooked and uneven..lol Don't forget to check out

An ornie I made for a challenge

the challenge was from paper horders and it was to alter something round. So last weds on my girls night out I "borrowed" a coaster from teh muddy. today i altered it. I used 2 shades of red glimmermist for the background and gold GM for the top thing..what is that called? then I uses very shiny/glittery gold embossing powder over the stamped image. I finished it off with red and gold gems.

wow, I went on an atc making spree! all three of these are for swaps I'm in, a glimmer mist swap, tape it up swap, and penguins.

Mothers day cards

These are the cards I made for Gary's mom & my mom for Mothers day. I LOVE the new paper I found at joanns that I made the "mom" card with and I just happened to have matching chipboard embellies!!SWEET! that is the card I made for Gary's mom. I made teh bird/flower card for my mom as she loves both birds and flowers. Happy moms day to all you moms out there

it's an Easter sale!!

Happy Easter to you, and you can treat yourself to some fun things from
Lindsay's stamp stuff on sale. I made a card yesterday that would be great for a boys b-day card, I used the sweet stuff digi stamp set, the up up and away set, and the up up and away papers. I also tried out the tutorial on Lindsay's blog and made my own bakers twine..fun fun! I hope you all have a wonderful and blessed Easter.
