Thursdays with Lindsay's stamp stuff!

For My Lindsay project this week I found a cute egg treat box and I knew the new Cute Easter set by Lindsays stamp stuff would be perfect for this. you can get the directions for the box here. I ran the eggs through my cuttlebug with teh swirly embossing folder. I then made a little chick pick to stick up out of the goody box.

It's Thursday..Lindsay's stamp stuff day

Wow, Lindsay has done it again,..yes, thats right..another super cute digi stamp set!! It's called birds and branches. I used this Lindsays stamp stuff set for my card this week. it's with tons of sadness that Gary & I had to put Zack to sleep

we did this weds. and I have been heartbroken ever since. I know we did teh right thing, and bless his loving heart he gave us 13 years of sweet love. I told gary today that I think my creative mojo went with him..I'm just not able to complete anything..I do have 6 projects in the works though..it's very strange. I need a kick in the pants to jump start me, I guess.

It's Lindsay digi stamp Thursday

This weeks lindsays stamp stuff project is an atc. I am in an atc swap called home sweet home..well image could be more perfect??? I colored this with my prisma and copic markers, added a ribbon bow..and here it is , home sweet home. Don't forget to check out lindsays blog for all the happenings and the other DT fab projects.

my new nestie storage system

yup..I finally got around to changing up my nestie storage. I had them in cd cases in my cd towers..but i really need my cd tower space for my stamps..so my nesties needed a new home. I got this idea from a blog, and it was a while ago,,now I can't remember where..sorry. anyways today was teh day.I walked over to the dollar tree & got this plastic container. my nesties that were in cd cases, I left in cd cases..my newer ones are mounted on chipboard with the cardboard from the nestie container adhered to the back. I'm very happy with this new storage solution and the best part?? I have room for more!! yippy!

For my project this week, I started out thinking I'd do atc's , but then found I was in more of a card making mood, that's one of the great things about digi stamps, you can resize them to fit whatever project mood your in! my very first circle journal

yup..I bit the bullet and joined Shuggy's summer circle journal swap. we were all to pick a summer theme..I stayed in my comfort zone and went with fave summer foods and recipes..now recipe cards I know how to do! here are pics of my front cover, direction page, sign in page and my page layout with my fave summer foods and a recipe.
