It's Thursday..Lindsay's stamp stuff day

Lindsay of Lindsay's stamp stuff has issued a challenge to use a recycled item on a project this week. She is having a contest, and today is the last day. All you have to do is leave a link to your project on her blog. She will enter you into a drawing for a prize..easy peasy. For my project this week I chose to start my valentines cards with an adorable new Lindsay set called Love grows here, it's so cute! I used 2 images from the set, some basic grey paper, and my new ek success heart border punch. For my recycled item I used a tab from a soda , well ok ok, from a beer can, I went on this whole thing with my friends last year and had them save all their beer cab tabs for me..I don't drink beer,can't stand the stuff, but oh boy, I wanted those tabs, lol. So i tied some ribbon on one , used it on my card, and feel pretty good about keeping something out of the landfill. this is an atc I made for a get your bling on swap at the stamp shack. the image is from stamping Bella and I used 2 different stickles and another brand of glitter glue..plenty blingy I think

I used the doodleflake and snow woman from the warm winter set. This will be my gift for my most faithful client at work, I hope she likes it. I stickled up the flakes, so they are rather fancy looking.

It's Lindsay digi stamp Thursday

I had such fun working with Lindsays new cute stamp set, it's called warm winter and it's sooo cute!check it out at Lindsay's stamp stuff. As inspiration this week I used a card sketch from mojo monday. I used copics to color my image. A friend of mine found this super cool tutorial for how to make your own flower soft, I just had to try it out & use it on my card, it works great!! I added a little glitter to mine.
