I love this cute root beer float digi image from
Lindsay's stamp stuff. it's so "refreshing" lol. Today I wanted to demonstrate that you can heat emboss with a digi stamp even hours or days after printing it. I hope you can tell that this image has been embossed. How did I do it you ask? well easy peasy. I printed this image days ago, when I was ready to heat emboss it I simply took my versa fine marker and traced the outlines of the image..I only wanted the outside to be embossed to resemble the shine of a real glass of cold float. One of the great things about doing this way is you can emboss only the parts you want, or the whole thing, or some parts thicker than others..lots of options. the ice cream topping I did with liquid applique, ans I colored the image with a combo of copics and bic mark its. I also tried using liquid glaze on the glass, it looked fab, but then you couldn't see my embossing well, and I really wanted to showcase that today.
