It's Lindsay digi stamp Thursday

It's a birthday party for Lindsay's Stamp Stuff. To celebrate we are going to Hop, Shop & Crop April 13-15. Lindsay will be holding a 3-day crop in the mygrafico crop room. Go on over there now and join (it's free). Over the course of the 3-days you can pop in and out as often as you want to participate in the events and classes, join challenges or just see what is going on. The classes and crops are free. There will be freebies and prizes. We also have a blog hop and other exciting things planned. Stay tuned for more details.

For my project this week I went back to my prim roots and used the patriotic patchwork quilt digi image from Lindsay's stamp stuff to create a prim stitchery ornie. it measure about 5x5. I used my distress inks to color parts of it in. Don't forget to check out Lindsays blog and to check out what teh other fab DT members have been up to.
happy crafting all

I don't know what prim stitchery is but I love the look of this. Does it involve actual stitching or is that faux stitching? What a great way to use a digi image.

adorable! what is an ornie?

haha, yes a stitchery is actual sewing, using embroidery floss and a needle. and an ornie is just a short term for the word ornament.
